The services of a Notary is required in the event of you having to conclude a very important document, or should the recipient of the document require you to give proof of the validity thereof.
Examples hereof would be where a person wants to get married and require an Ante- Nuptial contract to be registered in order to regulate his/her marriage regime or in the event of a client wanting to go abroad and such a country require duly authenticated supporting documents required in the application process.
As Notaries, we assist our clients with these notarial services which includes the drafting and registration of Ante-Nuptial contracts and the Authentication of important documents, by way of an Apostille.
